95% of the broadcasts are stupid and not worth watching. This app freezes and crashes too much on my iPhone 6

Love the idea of periscope. However, they NEVER provide any updates. Periscope makes my phone SO hot and uses my battery even in the background. Their customer service is extremely sarcastic and not helpful. I had asked for help with my password and got an email back about shutting my down account instead. They also never responded back to my second email. Yikes! They need to make major changes before periscope becomes a Facebook or MySpace, irrelevant.

The app itself it excellent, especially if you want to follow certain celebrities, groups, vloggers, etc. But theres a major problem when 95% of your scopes are religious or people smoking or narcissistic ranting and roasting. Not to mention that the scopes with the most views are, predictably, women showing off their bodies. Comments on the scopes themselves are distracting and usually go by too fast, and this app further shows a decline in literacy and class. Periscope is excellent, but like anything that makes gratuitous and democratic use of the Internet, it gets ruined.

I will be willing to come in and change the rating on this app after they fix the mechanics issue. Ive tested this app on a 6+ , a 6S plus, a 6, a 5e and a 5s. All units are experiencing overheating while watching Periscope. This issue does not present while using other apps. the overheating issue in each unit soley occurs while using the periscope app.

Why when you get blocked and try to type into other lives they cant see what you typed or read it

When is an update gonna come for iPhone?? I have good WIFI but this app freezes and force closes!! Its all about good app but needs a lot fixing! 4 stars until the fix for 5.

For the folks here complaining on the content they see thats not the apps fault, Im sure you knew from the title of the broadcast what the feed would be about. I must complain about the new algorithm they are using that limits viewers. I fell in love with the app and would get hundreds of viewers, which was my motivation. Im afraid to tell you that other "scopers" have noticed are discouraged also. It was good while it lasted. Why not separate feeds like YouTube where you can see nudity if you state you are 18 and over? Any ways it was good while it lasted.

Awfully handled when asked to delete my account. They did not help or seem to try. Kept sending emails about getting back with me.

Cant even see full list of followers and it would be better if the list of broadcasts wouldnt refresh once you exit out of one you just watched.

Please let us be able to hide the comments. I follow a very popular periscoper and their streams are covered by comments. There needs to be a way to turn them off or hide them. Thank you.

Dont want this app but it is always in my app update window asking for an update.

I think this app is genius and really cool, however it upsets me that I would have to spend 450$ in order to use it to its full potential. I feel its unfair that you need to have a go pro hero 4 in order to use the live streaming from an external device. I currently own and go pro hero 3 black edition and it works great! I feel its unfair that I have to spend more money on a new go pro just to allow me to use this app to its full potential. I feel a software update should fix this issue and it would allow me to use this app even more to promote it. Please periscope make this app compatible with go pro hero 3s

Still need improvements on overall broadcasting and joining a broadcast. App crashes if Im on a broadcast for more then 30 mins. Please fix and it will be perfect!

The app is awesome!! Only flaws are the lost connection or no sound & those featured broadcasts on my list. If I wanted to watch those broadcasts then I would have followed them. The featured list is getting out of hand & havent wanted to look at one listed yet. Please remove the featured list instead of adding to it, its annoying that I have to scroll so far down to see the people who I CHOSE to follow.

I ask a question on March 8 and did not get a response from their customer service until April 28. In that amount of time I learned that periscope is it ready for the big time. Thats OK Ive moved onto Facebook live

You are on your own once you download this app, what Twitter has done is anyone that they did not want to work with or that they couldnt fire for some reason they sent over to work at periscope. If you need periscope help, Ill give you the same help they would, Stand face to face to a wall, Now talk.

I use gopro hero 4 plus LCD I want use periscope connect to my gopro But cannot connect with my gopro Please please ....... Thank you
